Viewing Portfolio

If you wish to see my Portfolio and discuss in person I would be happy to visit your place of Business, obligation free. My practical travel distance is Sydney to Newcastle.

If that proves impractical due to time or distance (other side of the planet) we should be able to discuss the project by phone and email. I can send you a demo reel (CD) if you wish.


  1. Discuss the job. Free
  2. Make roughs (mock ups).
    Up front fee of 50% non refundable.
    Ideas are roughed out and discussed with client for approval or possible change.
  3. Client approves
  4. Final work started
    I will keep you posted on progress . On completion a low resolution copy with watermark will be sent to you for final approval. This will be your last opportunity to double check all copy, phone numbers, addresses, colour, correct photos or illustrations, everything for that matter as you the client will be responsible for correct content, any changes later will be costly. At this stage type corrections can be done for free. Art changes will most likely attract an additional fee.
  5. Your final work sent to you
    On recieving the remaining 50%.     On receipt of this final amount your work will be (including type changes and possible art changes) sent to you in the required format at the appropriate resolution. Example a web page design will naturally be at 72 dpi where as a design for publication would be in 300 dpi. The watermark will not be in the final work. Work will be supplied on CD.


Note: You are buying work supplied on CD and you have permission to use said work for the agreed purpose and time. You will be issued with the publishing rights that you require which will have been discussed before the work was started. Any additional print runs or other purposes outside the initial agreement will require a new agreement and fee.You are not buying the original if it was created on paper or canvas. However if you wish to buy the original work,( this may be available), if so it will be sold to you if we agree on a suitable price, However I retain full copyright on the work, which means you would be acquiring it as a work of Fine art and as such have the right to own and display it but not for additional commercial purposes or print runs and certainly forbidden to mass produced the image for distribution be it free or for money. Please feel free to call to talk about rights and copyright as it may be confusing but is easily explained. For more detail on this see "important info" at bottom of page

  1. Back up CD
    When you receive your work I suggest you make copies of the CD (how many is up to you) so as to protect your work. I will have a copy here but can not guarantee you a back up copy at a later date, so back up your valuable investment.

When I receive your individual payments for the various stages ( 2 payments in all) a hard copy invoice showing your payment made will be sent to you via post and while you are waiting for this I will also send you an email of same.

Refunds on Design not possible. You will appreciate that a Design is client specific and can not be sold to some one else to recoup losses. What you are paying for is the Idea and Design of a site, Logo, or illustration. This is very labor intensive so fundamentally your money pays almost 100% for my time spent on your project. This is why the payments are broken up and you get opportunities to request changes throughout the Design and creation process. All reasonable attempts will be made to produce a product you are very happy with. If you intend to cancel project, please not, unfinished work will not be supplied and you lose the initial 50% payment

Please note however that I make every effort to please my client so don't foresee a problem.
